| Returns and Shipping Policy: All
warranty and return issues are to be addressed to Wireless Tow- Lights,
Inc., 12403 CR 2300, Lubbock, TX 79423. Returns will require a RMA
(Returns Authorization Number) Please call 806-795-2042 to obtain your
returns authorization.
We warrant our products for a period of one year from date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine if any problem can be fixed, either with guidance from us or having the product returned to us, prior to any replacement. Under some circumstances repairs may be made for a small fee for damage caused by accidents such as dropping or dragging the products. Our lights are shipped via Fed Ex ground. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Smaller packages, for the adapters for example, will be shipped "best way" which may include Fed Ex or USPS. Please call 806-795-2042 for International Shipping Rates and Terms. Any attempt to modify our lights or the transmitter may invalidate the warranty. |
