TOW VEHICLE TRAILER WIRING ADAPTER

Tow Vehicle must be equipped with a standard 4 way female flat trailer plug.  If your vehicle is wired for a trailer hook-up, but not wired with a 4 way female flat plug; an adapter/converter can be purchased from your local auto supply store. See instruction manual for special instructions for electric brakes.


SOME NEWER VEHICLE LIGHTING SYSTEMS REQUIRE ELECTRONIC TAILLIGHT CONVERTERS

NOTE: If your tow vehicle turn signals are wired separately and work independently from your brake lights, you will need to purchase an electronic tail-light converter. The converter will convert your present wiring system to the standard 4 way flat plug system. Tail-Light converters can be purchased at your local auto/truck or trailer supply stores.
